Limited Lifetime 
Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty may be transferable to subsequent owners, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The warranty transfer must be completed within a specified timeframe and per the procedures outlined by BadRiverBoats. Please refer to the warranty documentation for specific instructions.

2. The subsequent owner must notify BadRiverBoats of the warranty transfer and provide all required documentation, including proof of purchase and any applicable transfer fees.

The warranty becomes non-transferable after the initial 10-year period and remains with the original purchaser.

 

In the event of a warranty claim, the boat owner must promptly notify BadRiverBoats and provide all necessary documentation and proof of purchase. BadRiverBoats reserves the right to inspect and assess the claimed defect before approving any warranty repairs or replacements.

If a defect is determined to be covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty, BadRiverBoats will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire boat. The repairs or replacements will be performed by authorized service centers or approved technicians designated by BadRiverBoats.

To ensure the validity of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the boat owner must adhere to the following procedures:

1. Complete and submit the warranty registration form provided by BadRiverBoats within the specified timeframe from the date of purchase.

2. Follow the recommended maintenance procedures outlined in the owner's manual provided by BadRiverBoats, including regular inspections, servicing, and care of the boat.

 

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may arise from manufacturing. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the boat and is non-transferable unless explicitly as stated below.
